Wellness is a lotta things.
One thing wellness is not – one dimensional.
There are sooo many aspects to the art of being well.
One of the dimensions of wellness that excites me the most is this idea of space.
I think all space is important; your head-space, your body-space, your relationship-space, etc. But what about your home-space? Your sanctuary.
I think it’s ever more important to have a space that you can return to each day that helps you to reset. To unwind. To re-charge.
A space that represents you as a human. All of the things you love. All of the colors that you vibe with. All of the scents that make you feel all of the feels.
I’m a little obsessed with home-space. Ever since I was little, my space was important to me. I constantly rearranged my room and Pottery Barn Teen was my bible. So, I’m excited to share pieces of my home with y’all. My home is truly my sanctuary. Every time I walk into it, I feel grateful. I feel like it’s clean and beautiful and it inspires me.
Some of my favorite parts of my home;
First up, the master bedroom/bathroom:
Next, the kitchen (where the real magic happens);
- The color of these walls is Lemongrass & it feels fresh – like you would want your food to feel! It pairs so well with cork colors & matte blacks.
Finally, my favorite/most inspiring room of the house; the family/dining room;
- I have a bright orange accent wall & I don’t at all regret it. I had this vision in my head of a room that was sort of industrial/modern/rustic in feels but using these warm colors with matte paint.
I hope you enjoyed some pieces of my home and that it inspires you to create a space that you adore.
Sincerely,
E&F
